Bike Travel From Germany To Monaco | You Won’t Believe How Lucky I Got

I always dreamed of having a bike travel adventure of epic proportions. In Summer of 2022, I started cycling from South Germany to South Spain, covering around 3800 km, crossing through 5 different countries. In this episode, I am pushing my limits of endurance while heading to Monaco.

After spending the night in the tent on a private field, it was time to keep rolling down south direction Monaco. Reaching Monaco was one of my biggest milestones on this bike touring adventure.
As soon as I started cycling, I was very low on water so I knew that I had to stop at the supermarket and buy all the things I needed. The next 14 km were anything else but fun, as I was extremely dehydrated, riding a brutal uphill section. I tried my best to stay focused and pacing myself was the key to my success. Later I managed to reach the supermarket where I spent a while to rehydrate myself and relax for the next leg of the journey.
I met amazing, generous people on the way to Monaco, willing to help me as much as they could. I was overwelmed by their hospitality as they treated me like a member of the family.
