  1. So how has Nemesis been Reborn? Here's just a few of the enhancements:
    – All track and supports replaced from the top of the lift hill to the brake run.
    – Refurbished and repainted trains.
    – New ride control system.
    – New colour scheme.
    – Repair and refurbishment of the alien station building with a new design and addition of the new eye.
    – Completely new queue line now utilising the top of the hill for a great view.
    – New soundtrack.
    – New theming around the ride and neighbouring Forbidden Valley area.
    – The layout was one of the world's best anyway, so there was no need to change it, and this was never advertised.

  2. It's exactly the same lay out but it's still the best ride. We went in it 3 times a few weeks ago it feels alot quicker loved every second especially the on the front seats 😎😎😎😎

  3. Glad to see that she's had a much-needed touch up! And the only thing different from her previous incarnation?…

…A new, scarier, much more frightening UKCA mark! 🤣

  4. Its amazing that the queue line now looks horrible in the original Nemesis shot and you don't get smoke over the station and in the tunnel and also the maintenance bay the station looks different. It has definitely had an upgrade

  5. Personally

Unless this ride gained new technologically ie:

    Improved power consumption
    Better Breaking technology
    More powerful lift chain
Repair to wear and tear tracks (safety)

Then this has been an entire waste of time and money
as people enjoy the ride and theme, but the theme has not altered other than the colour scheme

They appear to have added mist, and stopped the fountains / water flow,
They took the red water out (due to pollution) but in general that could of been replaced by red painted rocks and flooring, covered in epoxy resin and then let the water flow over it, or red leds to give the impression its blood

The rest is the exact same ride, so nothing changed despite all the down time, despite the amount of money poured into it.

  6. Looks a lot cleaner and a smoother ride. But shame they had to cut down all them trees. The overgrowth of trees gave it a more haunted feel and added to the atmosphere. Haven't been on it since the refresh but from the video, it doesn't look as scary.

  7. I prefer the old look, I always thought the track was the monsters bones! Everything looked like flesh and bone now its too modern and the new tracks look like fair ground graffiti art
