2017 Cannondale Synapse Carbon with SRAM Red Group set, Hydraulic Disc brakes, Quarq Carbon cranks, Fulcrum Wheels. I think this is a solid deal to get me into road biking and to use as a trainer. That said I do have a few questions,
Are spd cross country pedals good for road bikes? (Coming from a mountain biking background but mostly ride flats)
What’s a decent trainer for the money to go with this bike.
