I don't no how you practice to be this good there has to be many hours on the bike but outdoors is a total different discipline to inside. how do you split the seat time is it equal and just doing repetitions the basics so it just becomes muscle memory second nature that you can just do it without really having to think,and what part of your body do you work on to build your strength up is it alot of lower working legs gluts stomach what about your back.do you put an hour or two every day in the gym ? And do you do road work on the bicycle or mountain biking for strength and cardio .sorry for all the questions but if you don't ask you don't no and you have the knowledge l'm searching for many thanks your the GOAT.
