Bend it back

Gently bend the sections that rub back. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just good enough not to rub.

Nope, very common and yours appears to be minor enough to be an easy fix.
Take it to a shop, something that minor will take only moments to fix. Or better yet, grab yourself a rotor truing tool and learn [how to do it yourself](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0c2Ez2v0PU&ab_channel=ParkTool), it’s quite easy after some practice.

You can bend it back using disk rotor tool made by park tools and others. Worst case, just buy a new rotor but I would recommend straightening yourself with a tool since the tool will probably need to be used again. Also check to see if the rotor is tight.
I would just use some non sharp pliers or a adjustable wrench (would reccomend a rotor tuning tool but these work just fine) and see where it’s most bent and bend it back. Did this just a month of so ago and doesn’t take long
