hello a few weeks ago I decided to buy a new bike after over a decade of riding my cross bike. I chose the Canyon brand for no particular reason, I just like these bikes. I even asked in another post for advice on which of the two to choose. at that time I was considering the basic Grizl AL and the Grail 1, which would also be one of the basic, I'd say cheaper models. However, I didn't make the purchase and as it turned out it was quite the right decision because at the moment I can significantly stretch my budget and here another dilemma appears, namely, what do you think, which of the presented bikes will be better for:
a) fast road riding.
b) long rides, let's say up to 200km.
c) possible bikepacking.
d) which one will be more comfortable?
e) does the high standover in the inflite exclude it from the above-mentioned activities? (it is exactly the same as the inside length of my leg)? I will mainly ride on roads, let's say 80 roads, 20 gravel.
f) is it worth paying extra for CFR in the case of grail, if it does not have a powermeter and generally has weaker equipment, and is also $1500 more expensive (grail CFR Shimano grx815 di2, grail cf slx Shimano grx825 di2)?
g) in next 2 or 3 years I want to take this bike in Alps.
I would like to point out that I am aware that inflite is a bike designed for cx races and has a slightly different geometry, including a higher bottom bracket at 64mm (which is not a serious problem for me, because in my current bike it is at 55mm, which means it is even higher). At the end I just want to say that Inflite from visual point looks the best for me

dont buy any of that
canyon these days is overpriced mediocre stuff with bad qc and customer support, check out other posts out here
Grail will be more versatile because it has mounts for packs/fenders/etc., Inflite does not.
Any of them will be fast on the road with the right tires.
