That is the longest stem I’ve seen on a conversion. Was it your Hardtail to begin with?

Looks sexy. Really nice build, but it looks really uncomfortably stretched out. I did a similar build and reduced my stem length from 125mm down 90mm before the drop bar position felt right. I may even go shorter on the stem because I want to try using the drops offroad. Right now, it works great on gravel roads.
