I’m back at the awesome skatepark in Lignano Sabiadoro, Italy, throwing down a session at the very right part of the sk8park, where the flat ledges are.

The weather was pretty bad recently, so finally some sun to enjoy my bike.

Usually, when I’m not riding for a week or longer, my first session is a bit easier and shorter, just so I’m not all sore the next day.

However, since there’s a nice street workout course just beside the skatepark, I decided to finish my session with a quick workout.

For this entire year, I’ve been following the half-rep protocol that I saw an ex-prisoner talking about – sorry, I forgot his name.

This thing works like a dream, but it’s important to do plenty of stretching, which is also good for BMX.

I’ll be sharing a lot more workouts and exercises in the coming months to show everyone how easy it is to stay in shape but, at the same time, work on BMX longevity.

In addition, I’ll be writing down my current “diet,” which will help me keep a diary. Since I’m testing a lot, it’ll also show how my body changes.

Right now, I’m on a heavy meat-based diet, ketovore.

I eat 1kg of (ground) beef, 5-6 eggs, butter, and one to two zucchini or cucumbers every day. I eat plenty of fat but not as much as I did around six months ago because I gained over 10 pounds, nearly 5 kg, lol.

Finally, I supplement with magnesium citrate and D-vitamin before bed and probiotics in the morning.

  1. yeah social media fooled people that you need superhuman discipline to be fit. ive been doing calisthenics (2-3 sets of push, pull, legs, daily) for a few years now, and i can get the whole workout done in about 20 minutes. all you need is to be consistent with the basics. as always, great content, and i'm looking forward to the new kind of videos about workouts!
