Would it be better to hop out of them or roll off to whichever side isn’t grinding? I feel like the back end gets stuck almost, same thing when peg stalling considerable heights.
Trying practicing on a flat ledge with more length and go faster.

Looks like the issue in this specific video is that the bench is too short and your front wheel is falling off the end. Otherwise, you are doing fine. Hopping out is better because it will open the door for doing tricks out but if you’re starting then rolling off is fine.
Anyway, for feebles the main tip is to balance using your front wheel since it is the part of your bike riding on the surface.
Angle the wheel parallel (straight) to the ledge will allow you to go farther. If you angle you wheel into the ledge it will make you go in (rear peg will fall) and if you angle the wheel out of the ledge then you will roll off.
For short feebles you ideally want to keep your weight in the middle and slightly towards the front wheel.
For long feebles where you want to lock it more, you want most of your weight on your front wheel.

Move your body and weight more onto the front end. You almost want your hips touching the bars in if you wanna go the distance.
And hopping out will be easier than trying to grind off the ledge

Try hopping off before you run out of bench.

Think Ice Pick, but just a bit of weight on the front to make contact. Then it’s all in the hips.
