    1. So based on your previous experience with past marathon volumen towards valencia marathon, how many kilometres will you run to reach 2:20 marathon time level? ✊🏻

    2. 2.20 seems like a barrier for a good few youtube runners. It seems like a bit of superhuman thing to me. Sub 3.30 is my goal 😂🙈

    3. Good luck – lower mileage does mean you’re not constantly running tired . With a busy life and kids it can be tough I agree with your wife and puppy!
Not crowing, but I ran 2:19:56 never running more than 60 miles a week. Hills and more hills dominated my training. Try this session 2x 10 miles, a couple of hours apart . Aim for 51-52 minutes . Good luck 🎉

    4. Cool puppy! I ran too, gave you a shout as you warmed up. Was stupidly humid, I'd say close to 70% in the morning, made worse by the sheer number of people around. As I stood on the start line I could feel sweat drip down my back. Great event though!

    5. Everyone is different, some crave the volume, some crave the intensity, some a balance. I tried heavy volume last block and was rewarded with a huge PB. Tried lower volume and higher intensity for Chicago block and aggravated my L calf and R achilles doing extended hills (1600m) at 10k power and had to dial it back for a few weeks. Cycling to help assist with weekly volume is great, obviously works for the triathletes. I wish I could stomach cycling as means to push myself when I need a break from the pounding.
Can't wait to see the rest of your build up to Valencia!
