  1. You look stiff and uncomfortable. Seems like you just need to learn some bike control. Also learning body control while in the air will help a lot. I learned air control by jumping on a trampoline. Learn how to do some flips and tricks on the trampoline (without your bike). Skate parks are also good for getting control over your bike. I’m not sure if this is the type of advice you were looking for but it’s what I got
