Great video. I to have the classic but looking at the guerilla playa black as another bike.
Enjoy
A well deserved purchase, So pleased for you Ian. Cant wait for you to run it in, and then the Guerrilla will be awsome. Glad to hear Clemantime is still with you Enjoy those roads, Ride safe, Bfn Mike , Sunny Wales.
Congratulations Ian that bike was on the cards right from the start..! Hope you have many happy miles in Scorpio. 👍👍
Royal Enfield bike – Lakeland roads? What's not to like??
Not tried one yet Ian, but the obvious rideability of the Guerrilla is indeed impressive. Nice one again cheers.
Look forward to seeing your videos out and about on the new addition to your family.
That Patterdale loox a terrierable place to go to🐕🐕😊
Terrific inaugural run out! Congratulations Ian! A good big brother to your C350.
Well done Ian, it was never in doubt but I didn't expect it to happen so soon! Look after your remaining organs and make sure you keep your hooligan under control, he's definitely itching to get out 👹
Happy new bike blud. I was fancying one myself but as you know I chickened out and went for the Honda. We will have to have a race one day fam!
I got to try the new 450 himilayan here in the states, the guerilla 450 aint here yet. Man i was suprised it loved it. I couldnt believe how good the bike was and I loved ripping the little single cylinder motor. It was peppy and characterful and the bike was well sorted and full of neat features for under $6k!!! Absolutely stunning I cant wait for the guerilla wich is more my style though.
Happy new bike. 👍😀
Hey Ian, if you spend anymore time on that Guerrilla saddle you may have to be surgically removed 😁. I've had mine (in Playa Black) for just over 2 weeks now and I've got about 700 miles on it. I did the first (300 mile) service last week, all quite straight forward so now I can take it up to 6000 rpm. To be honest though, I've only come close to 6000 rpm a couple of times. For the roads you and I like to ride, the bike delivers all you need between 3000 and 6000 rpm. I think it's a great 'riders' bike, the fuelling is a bit quirky at low revs so IMO not really a town bike (unlike the Hunter) but I'm getting used to it now and love it, a truly visceral experience …… and it's so sure footed even on rough road surfaces!! I've just got to the bit of your video where you've revealed your new purchase …….. CONGRATULATIONS …… 😁😁👍👍Enjoy, Phil (Somerset)
Hi Ian you'll never have any money 💰 😂well done enjoy the bike Keith n Lynne
Given that this and the Speed 400 both put out about 40bhp, is this one worth it given the extra road tax every year for the 450cc engine?
Great scenery; years since I went to the Lakes but when we went in my teens I directed my parents straight up Kirkstone as we were staying near Penrith and they wanted to see Windermere and Grasmere. Taking an 80s family car up the Struggle, that was fun.
Evening Ian 👍 are you running it in for 😊
Correct 😂
Hahaa! Well done Ian , crafty bugger! 😅 Congratulations on getting your Very own Guerrilla, good colour choice in the end, I couldn't quite gell with the purple lettering on the tank of the yellow one myself, happy riding mate🙌👍
I've got a test ride booked for next Wednesday on one !
Cheers Mel 🍻
Lovely bike, I’ve just had a Shotgun after passing my test. If I could have had a test ride I might well have gone with one of these.
look forward to many videos on your new bike!
Good choice. I'm getting one in two weeks. Same Playa Black- Dash. Congrats. Good ride and views. Happy riding with Scorpio.
I'm well chuffed for you, ya crafty sod! And went for the black . Noice.😋
Congratulations! So glad you got one!
Great choice of bike Ian, and the best colour in my opinion. I like it better than the Triumph 400 Speed.
Congrats Ian with Scorpio! So happy for you and wish you many miles with huge smiles🎉🎉🎉
Congratulations,Looks great I’m going to to go and take a proper look at these
My local roads 🌞
Loving that colour scheme..
Nice bike.
I enjoyed that new tarmac too, on Tuesday with my Triumph Speed 400. Bliss!
Congratulations on your new purchase, I got my new bike delivered yesterday and I'm chuffed too 😀
Congratulations Ian and welcome Scorpio. Did you have to sell your left or right kidney?🤣
That looks gorgeous in black, if it was mine I think I'd want a black silencer too (can you get them in black )?
On the roads you love. Glorious Sunshine, on THE BIKE you LUSTED after for weeks! You Lucky Boy, but you Missed out on the bargain clearance of the Snot Green crash bars, just goes to show you can't have everything! Cheers, DINO, PANDA, and MUTLEYS.
Congratulations on acquiring Scorpio! Looking forward to watching more Lake District journeys with you.
Love the new bike and love the name as well. Ian.
Hi Ian 👋. Really pleased for ya. The bike looks great & l hope you have many happy miles on it. Regards, Mo 😊👍.
I am so happy for you Ian. looking forward to your rides.
I knew you bought it once you mentioned moving the gear lever up a notch. LOL
Congratulations Ian, well done mate.👍 it won't take long to rack up those 300 miles before the first service. The difference that extra 2,000 rpm makes is phenomenal. At 6,000 in top gear it's pulling 75mph which is more than enough but also it allows for much easier overtakes with the extra revs on hand to stretch its legs.
I've also found that the engine has loosened up and isn't quite so prone to bogging down. Where have you managed to source a cover from to stop the speedo glare/reflection.🤔👍
The bike looks nice, but the gap between the forks and frame is a bit ugly.
I would spend the same money on a low milage second hand ducati 800cc scrambler.
Also a Ducati scrambler 400 is only about three and a half grand almost new. Awesome vids by the way.
Congratulations on your new purchase. I need one of these in my life. Black is my favourite colour as well 👍
Nice one When I watched the first ride video I thought you're going to have one😂😂
Hi Ian, congrats on your new bike its the choice i would make if i had the room for another bike,, really happy for you, when you showed your genuine excitement in one i was hoping you would get one its special when you can connect with something.
Cheers
Baz

Great bike and fantastic route.

Quite enjoyed your video. Beautiful scenic ride and what a relaxing/pleasant sound your new ride makes!
What a lovely, snarly bike! That looked really enjoyable and a wonderful companion for those roads 👍
Which do you think is the better allround bike, Triumph 400 or Royal Enfield 450 ?
