I am reaching out because I'am having problems with the Noke app. It seems like it's not connecting to the server so I'm also not seeing the logs, can't change the user password, etc. But worst at all, today I took this ulock with me , fastened the bike with it like many times before. However it is no longer possible to unlock it with anything. Noke.com and its support is gone, just forward to janusintl.com. They further redirect me to smartlox.io,where I submitted a ticket regarding the problem and am waiting for a response, which will probably appear after the weekend.
Did you expercience the similiar issues last time?
