Think it’s fine. I can’t see the tabs for the axel so I assume they are forward. Manitou forks have the arch behind rather than in front. Not sure of reasoning but it does rule out some mud guards.

Its correct. The brake calipers have to be in the front. Otherwise the threads would wear out over time.

It depends on which way that bike model mounts their mud guard or basket bracket. The tapped hole says something should be attached there.

This is fine. Some forks have the arch on the other side like Manitou while majority of the other makers like fox, rockshox or suntour have them in front.
