Not a bad looking bike for 550$ imo
It looks like the cables are hanging by the bottom bracket / left crank in the 1st photo . That’s the only negative thing I have to say about it .

Everything on that bike is almost outdated. If something breaks or fails you will probably have to upgrade. That upgrade could be pricey. Based on the potential of failure, I wouldn’t pay more than $350.
