I'm kind of shocked at how much I've improved this summer. I got a running injury at the end of 2023, which had prevented me from exercising as much as I would have liked. It's hard to tell how I'm doing compared to previous years because I moved at the beginning of the year and I've been doing completely new routes this summer. I might just be returning to baseline, either way it's nice to see improvements.

    I'm curious to see how much I'll improve next year. Looking to invest in a power meter to help me improve my fitness too.
