Since I saw a post on bike sizing for tall guys I thought I would share my 2011 Trek Cobia XXL and all the mods I had to do to it over the years.
36spoke sub ringle mtx 33 rims with hope pro hubs. 32 spoke rims constantly needed truing.

203mm rotors front and back with Shimano saint brakes. May need to go to 220mm on the front
35mm handlebar diameter and 80mm rise deity bars
Ergon grips for my big hands.
Converted the original 3×9 to a 2×10 a while back. Raceface turbine cranks 175mm length. Shimano XT shifters and rear cassette.
Release the original quick release front and back with larger DT Swiss thru bolts
The only original parts are the frame, fork, and headset.
