Can you install the computer mount, and then bodge something under it, to hold the box?
The second screw that comes with this [mount ](https://www.canyon.com/de-de/fahrradzubehoer/teile/elektronik/lenker-halterung-gps/canyon-cockpit-mount/9102035.html)should be longer so you can mount the Di2 holder below the mount just as on your bike now.
What is that Box even?
