Hello 🙂

I recently got a pedalec bike, it has almost 2000km and I’m starting to think about swapping my stock tyres

At the moment I have some CST Tirent tyre, which seems to be designed for “every kind of road” (I guess light gravel?) and they are very durable (to this day, no flats 🤞) but…. Sometimes I like to go on rough gravel roads and I’m quite uncomfortable with those

Don’t know if it’s the tyre (700×40 with 4.5bar air pressure) or simply because I don’t like the holes and big “rocks” on the gravel road, but I’m considering to buy a tyre to be more comfortable on that path

Usually my commute is composed for 27km of tarmac (well maintained or not) and 3km of that “bad gravel road”, which helps me to skip a heavily busy road

It makes sense to go wider (45 or 50mm) on products dedicated to light gravel like Pirelli Cinturato H and Pathfinder Pro? Should I go for the same actual size? Or for that little of gravel I can get away with a road/touring like Pirelli Cinturato Velo?

Thank you for all the feedbacks 🙂
