Hi,
just received my Grizl CF SL 8 Trail and while trying to assemble it I ran into an issue with my dropper post.

The issue I'm having is that the cable does not want to move within the housing. From mu understanding of the manual, I should position the ferrule (cap?) as it is in the photo, then route the cable in the slit at the base of the post. However, I cannot pull out enough excess cable to be able to do that. It seems that the cable is somehow wedged in the housing or hardfixed to it. Also using the lever on the handlebar has no effect on the cable.

Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong or is it some kind of a defect?

Also, since I am already posting, does anyone know why Canyon would put the two stickers on the frame (seen here). Would it be to hide scrathes/other defects?

I am not a native English-speaker and only recently got heavily into cycling so I apologise if my word choice is not always optimal.
