My new mudguard had an issue during my second ride, guard and the rail got separated. Looks like a welding defect, or could have been shipping damage as small parts were all over the place in the box.
Sent an enquire this morning and Canyon customer service was quick to response and sent me a new unit the same day.
I've dealt with many bicycle brands but Canyon Belgium is by far the best in terms of communication and the quality is services.
