I’ve just received my new All-Road bib tights from Albion, and oh dear—I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!! Finally, a brand has produced a piece I would have designed myself. It has everything I value in cycling bottoms: an amazing pad (I’ve only tried them on for fit so far, but I can tell it covers all the right parts, perfectly placed, unlike many other brands or models), a bib that allows for easy nature breaks—which is a must for a mama of two, especially in colder seasons when more layers are worn—and the pockets!! There are two on the legs and an extra one on the back—a dream come true. On top of that, the fabrics used in this pair feel great: just the right thickness, elasticity, and softness, with different panels covering different parts of the legs.

I have to say, I’ve been waiting for tights like these for a long time, and I’m so pleased my cousin recommended Albion to me—I hadn’t known they existed before!

The only caveat is that I seem to be on the border of sizes. I ordered a size S (based on the sizing chart), and although I can squeeze into them, the stitching around the pockets looks a bit strained (I have a relatively petite waist and ankles, but my upper legs are chunkier). The fabric around the waist is a bit loose, so I wish I could compare size S and M to decide. But I fear that if I exchange them for an M, they might be too loose! 😂🤪
