Some straight camera footage of my second GrassRoots Enduro competition. Huge thanks to Clonmel MTB for running a flawless competition with excellent trails. We had very wet conditions with lots and lots of slippery off-camber trails/roots in addition some very steep trail sections – especially Stage 3. (FYI….steep downhill is difficult to show on an action cam because the camera is typically angled in parallel to the bike, pointing downhill)
These are my best runs. Stage 1 time 3:40, Stage 2 time 2:28, Stage 3 time (after a fall) 3:18. My total time was 9:27, finishing 13/25 in the eMTB class.
I hope to get 3 clean runs next time!
