*Half of the thread is stripped, I probably hit a treestump and it broke. The other threads are fine. Can I fix this somehow? Any suggestions?

This can be fixed with an insert. You drill the hole to the next thread size, tap it, then you install an insert – such as ”Helicoil” and lock it in by braking the end of it.
I used it once to fix a stripped thread for the pedals on my Shimano Saint cranks, so in theory it should work for a chainring bolt thread – in a different thread size ofcourse.
