    1. It will literally be a 10 minute walk for me.
With us currently filling the ground and with 6000 on the waiting list that close to 18000. Plus you'll get around 1500 just turning up on the day. Then there will be 2500 away fans allowed, so you'll be in the region of 22000, in my opinion, probably more. I worked on the old site for 21 years. It's great to see it's going to be our new home. This will happen. Nobody has put a spade in the ground previously. The ground works take all the time. Moving the substation. Removing the contaminated ground from my old site and laying the water, electricity ground works take time. Once that is done, building it will be pretty quick. Most of it will probably be built offside and fitted together like meccano. COYH

    2. It's fantastic for the Club and Luton itself. We've waited so long for this to happen and it's going to be a brilliant place to visit. I can remember 20,000 cramming in to the Kenny back in the 80's and making the New Stadium 25,000 capacity is so great to hear. The potential for Luton Town FC to expand it's supporter base is kind of there to see already. As an oldie these days It's vital we get the next generation of fans interested.. Brilliant stuff, what's not to like, #COYH

    3. 25 000 is very good, better to have a few empty seats, than people not getting in. luton took 30 000 standing, and alot of games it was packed in the 80s. so i can see Luton getting average 18 plus thousand plus allocations.

    4. Great video presentation channel, only worry is it look very tight in place with no more room for further expansion beyond 25k capacity in the future another issue😮😮

    5. Hi Deggy, l’ve been following the process on the new Power Court stadium & enabling developments at Newlands Park from day one (which seems a long time ago). There’s been so many ‘twists & turns’ through this journey of where we are today that I thought we would never reach. But these latest and in my eyes are the FINAL revised designs which the Council have to approve. Talking to people in the know on the Council planning process, it will be another 5-6 months by the time it finally gets the go-ahead. Let’s all hope for early spring start on the building structures by then. 😀👍🏼🧡⚽️
