Way too much lounge space sacrificing kitchen size and garage. Remove drivers side sofa and extend kitchen out. Remove rear lounge and convert to spacious garage and wardrobe. Now it is functional.

Interesting design but a lot to go wrong with the floating beds possibly. I have a motorhome but would not spend £80K on one. Just as an aside, someone we know had to replace an engine on a 2019 transit camper that had only done 25K miles. It cost £11K. I have used transits for 30 years as minibuses, but would not buy another one.
