I would suggest maybe a tube patch? They have good adhesives and the black wouldn’t really stand out much being that the design is kind of complicated. Could also trim it to a shape that looks better too or something. Maybe fill the hole with super glue beforehand too so it’s flush

Quite a few seats on sale all over the place. Id just replace the seat
Or just fill it with hot glue like ive done with all my seats ive broken just to get by a few more sessions.
