I was so excited to get my Canyon CF SL 8, but when I was assembling it the thru axle was ultra tight right out of the box. When I finally got it off, my thru axle can no longer screw onto my derailer hanger attachment. When I messaged Canyon I was told I would get a response in 2-5 days to see if the warranty covered it. LAME. $3,000 on a bike and $35 worth of parts shouldn't be worth this review. What a shame.
