I’ve been meaning to share my jet-lagged, century ride experience back in the bay 24hrs after returning from 3 weeks of gravel riding in Slovenia, Croatia, and France last year. Our bodies are fascinating when it comes to recovery and adapting to continuous stress (within reason). Grizzly Peak Century is a challenging course but is so worth it for the food and scenery. Check them out!

    1. great channel and bike videos that are educational and professional. i have never done such a bike ride that long, usually the longest would be a 5 hour mountain bike ride.
is there any other places you like to cycle at Carolin? i follow a few South Korean channels and looks very nice to bike in Korea. would like to do the JeJu island ride someday.
Canada has a lot of nice mountain bike trails, also some good road biking, however i only mountain bike so i can't really tell you the best road bike routes in Canada.
I am back in Europe at the moment and already miss the Vancouver Island bike trails. once all my surgery is finished i might go back as apparently the cows are missing me haha.
keep up the good work and making awesome videos 🙂
