It’s time for our annual cycling trip to the Alps! This year, we’re riding in a new area, hunting for some of the most iconic climbs in cycling, including Alpe d’Huez, Col du Galibier, and Col du Glandon. I’ll be dropping a few episodes from this trip, so make sure you’re subscribed and ready for when they go live!

To celebrate my birthday, we went way too hard on day one, taking on both Alpe d’Huez and Col du Glandon. Let’s just say, I seriously paid for it! It was also the perfect chance to compare climbing Alpe d’Huez in real life to riding it on Alpe du Zwift.

Hope you enjoy the ride!

  1. That brings back memories of backpacking in 1991. Saw the Tour on Alpe d’Huez. We stayed at the campsite at the start of the climb. Then spent a night on the mountain before the stage and slept on the RAB at the beginning of your video in a tent village. No trees back then 😂😂
