It’s not vintage, but is in a retro styling, it’s got a modern intergrated headset and mid bb, so it’s at least 2005 onwards, and more likely a lot newer than that.

In my day those cranks were worth a lot

If they are power it’s they are the newer addition, they have the helicoil and the name isn’t engraved into the arm like the og ones.

There is some value in it. The clamp on Mallet stem and repop Power Series cranks could be aold easily.
Too bad about the paint, probably stolen.
