Chopped the head tube down a bit, got some proper flat pedals, 80mm giant stem instead of the 100mm.
Just need a rear rack and it's finished. Couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend looking at the cost of frames and a build over stock bikes. It's not much more expensive and the return on your dollar is far greater.
