TLDR: should I get the bike to a shop to get these chips on a carbon frame looked at or just touch them up with paint and forget about it?

I’m still getting used to Di-2 Automatic shifting and today my front gear unexpectedly for me (and totally correctly) shifted into smaller gear while I was pushing really hard on a steep hill. The chain jumped awkwardly enough for me notice (probably because of how hard I was pedaling?) and I even thought for a second that chain fell off, but then I looked down and everything seemed fine so I kept pedaling.

I was cleaning the bike after I got home and saw these scuffs and chips on the bottom of the frame. Not exactly sure how the chain hit the frame from the bottom, but there it is 🫠

A few chips and scuffs look cosmetic, but there is one really nasty that bothers me.

Do you guys think it looks like all of them are cosmetic and I should just touch them up with paint and forget or should I take the bike to the shop to get it looked at?

Also, does chain guard on the bottom would protect and would actually make sense?

Appreciate all the thoughts and opinions.
