I don’t see a rock garden. I see one single rock. But you made it over. So congrats i guess

Brake before the feature not through it, and if you have to brake try not to lock up the rear tire modulate your brakes rather than death squeeze.

the weight at the start was wrong and it put you more on your front wheel and the suspesion setup can be a factor but put lil more weight at the back but then you fixed it after it put you lil on the front wheel but do whit alot more rocks man

  4. Not sure about the garden part but it’s clear you’ve been putting some time in your turns.

  5. Caveat that I’m only an intermediate rider but I have been getting coaching lately and I can see you making two mistakes I made myself a lot before I got my coach.

First, on the rocks you are too far back on your bike. Try to keep your head right above your stem and center your weight over the bottom bracket.

Secondly, on the turn (I know you didn’t ask for advice here) your technique is ok but keep your pedals level. You’re turning your body a lot which is excellent, but your inside knee is fully bent while the outside is fully extended and this is not a stable position (although it looks sick as hell).

Overall you’re doing good but these two things will make you much more stable and in control.

  6. Going into a rock garden get your heels down a bit more…don’t feel like you need to hold back…push that front end in and be aggressive on the front.
