This isn’t a great guide. A distracted driver will kill someone no matter what the victim is wearing. We need to be lobbying for safe infrastructure, not wear a certain colour so a car driver wont kill you.

Green is the same colour as the trees and bushes by the side of the road. I can’t believe it is most visible.
