Budget is ideally around $2,500. Been biking regularly for over a year now. Training for my second half Ironman. Would yall go with either of these bikes or save for a newer bike with disc breaks? I’m not sold on electric shifting.

Save for disc. At this price point, you can get into a similarly spec’ed disc bike.
Also, electronic shifting is the jam. Get sold.
