Electric C Line just arrived today from a dealer. It was delivered in a non-Brompton box along with a few small accessories.

    One of the hinge clamps is damaged (dented edges & bent bolt) but this is an easy fix – a new hinge clamp.

    However upon first riding it, something caught my eye with the front wheel and handlebar alignment.

    I’m not talking about twisted misalignment. It’s more of a ‘roll’.

    The two images show me:

    •holding the handlebars straight and the wheel is rolled over to the left

    •with the wheel vertical and the handlebars now rolled over to the right

    Anyone experienced anything similar?

    I won’t name the store or delivery company.
    Not practical to return it as the store is 200+ miles away and I don’t particularly want to ship a £3000 bike.

      This sucks!

      You have to either go to a local shop or insure the packaged bike, and retrun it.

      It is damaged goods, and will never ride true.

      yes, I’d be contacting the store right away and have them take it back and/or exchange it. I wouldn’t accept the bike like that.
