Fixing my childhood bike

Hi everyone. When I was a kid my father bought me a trek 4500 alpha. I have a bit of an attachment to the bike and don’t want to let it go.

I was riding and the rear derailleur twisted up and broke. After I ordered a new one I realized one part of the bike was bent.

Does anyone know what this part is called and where I could find one?
