New tube.
Bad spot. Hard to patch. New tube
This tube has failed. It’s leaking all the time – but when you move it the leak becomes audible. a new tube is the fix.
Depending on where exactly it’s leaking from, it might be patchable.
Valve attachment to the rest of the tube is cracked. New tube time.
Gotta get a new tube
New tube. In the future you can prevent this happening by using the metal ring on the valve that you’ll get with new tube.
Schwalbe inner tubes have a metal stem with a nut, just like Presta valves. I switched to Schwalbe tubes after several problems just like this. I think they are more puncture resistant, but that’s just my opinion.
