So, I've been riding Mountain Bikes in my youth for quite some years. Back then (23ish years ago) my Buddies and me just shredded through the woods and wrecklessly raced around our small town. Then I moved to a bigger city, got older and lost the interest in biking somehow… driving a car was way more cool… In addition my last mountainbike (a Focus) got stolen.

After some years without any bike I bought a not so expensive City bike. I rode this as a commuter for some time, but lost interest again because it just didn't bring any fun.

A few weeks or so ago I just felt the itch to get a MTB again… Start riding and having fun again. So after some time narrowing the options I figured a Canyon Grand Canyon 7 would fit my needs. While still keeping the budget low enough to give MTB a go without a toooo big investment.

So now here we are… My used Grand Canyon 7 from 2021, which I bought from "Kleinanzeigen" (App in Germany for used stuff). Cost me 650€. I'm happy so far and already got some kilometers on it.

They say you don't forget how to ride a bicycle… But damn I so much forgot how to ride properly 😅 learning step by step and building back confidence and stamina. Cheers everyone, see you outdoors✌️😊🤙
