First set are missing almost all of the most important studs. Unsuitable for riding on ice/in snow. You can replace the studs, buying a set of them with a tool from Schwalbe, but if so many are missing then it would probably be more economical to buy new tyres. Hard to tell the whole state of the tyre from one angle, though.
You could still ride them in non-winter conditions, but studded tyres have more rolling resistance… So even though most studs are missing, it would still suck a bit. Really they don’t serve any purpose well anymore.
