Why is this new bridge in Glasgow, between Govan and Partick a game changer?

The only flaw being it's a foot bridge so it will only see foot traffic not helping the logistics of small businesses on the poorer side one bit only lightning the traffic by around 10 minutes on the other bridge this is a win for the side with the high Street because now they can take local businesses customers because it's only a walk over the bridge and the local businesses on the other side can't benefit from cheaper and faster logistics as it's only a foot bridge
