Bought the frame for cheap, the wheels, tires, brakes from the local coop, cassette, derailer, shifter from my local shop(Saturday cycles) the crankset from a local shop going out of business. Bars and saddle from a friend. I saved a thousand bucks. I wish I just bought a new bike instead.
