It’s been over 35 YEARS: lets go for a ride !

This week the last part of my Swansea Scuzzy Escape sees me meeting up with an old school friend after a very long time.
Huw is game enough to jump on his bike even after not riding for a few years and come out for a ride around the beautiful but hilly Gower Peninsula,
one of my favourite places in the whole world. We enjoy those small country lanes, spectacular views, plenty of sheep and Castles !
Later he gives me a tour of his very own gym the DHP, which is an impressive setup indeed. A fun ride home allows me to enjoy yet more hills as I pass through some very familiar places to me.
