Considering the age of the bike/components vs the actual condition of the frame (which is decent for its age) I’d offer up $300 n see where it goes from there, but that’s just me personally.

I’d say you could get a better price, but you shouldn’t feel too ripped off to pay this much either

Value entirely depends on condition. If cables, housing, drivetrain, pads, tyres are in good condition it’s not bad. If any of those need doing it will get to be more expensive very fast.
I’d be checking for for cracks (needs to come out of vine to check) and I’d be surprised if a 20 year old set of those Shimano wheels didn’t have cracks forming at some homes by now.
