Frog Lake Loop Difficulty

Hey everybody, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this loop: https://bikepacking.com/routes/frog-lake-loop/

I'm curious since I'm considering doing this route with a friend as our first bikepacking trip, but I'm not sure how difficult it is. Our area is very flat, so I'm not sure of the limits of my climbing yet, but I can do 30+ miles a day on flat ground without difficulty.

I'm wondering if anyone can give any insight on this route.
