In this episode I feature guest Sheelagh Daly who’s first experience of bike travel was a trip from Scotland all the way to Croatia. Sheelagh found that through bike travel she discovered what she was capable of. Taking solo journeys taught her so much about herself and she speaks candidly about how she manages her anxiety over longer journeys as well.
Since that first adventure Sheelagh came back to Canada, worked in the bike travel industry and has continued to travel far and wide by bicycle.
