Absolutely man, I picked mine up for $125 and it didn’t have any upgrades. Loving the 22″ so far and no issues hitting dirt jumps and curb cuts. Super comfortable and geo is great. Only thing I’d recommend is upgrading the brakes when you have the budget.

$200 is suspiciously low tbh. Ask for sales receipts if possible

That’s a great price especially with the cranks and bars. If you were to upgrade them from a stock complete they would cost more than $200
