Should I be careful about hanging my carbon frame bike (Émonda) like that?
I’ve always ridden aluminum bikes, so im kind of afraid that I may damage the frame
I have a similar question- for my Domane carbon and soon to be acquired Domane + ( what I’m looking at is vertical storage that will safely handle the weight- a Clug Pro device).
Use something that distributes the load and you will be okay. Preferably on the top tube towards the handlebar, this is how I mounted mine, bottom right

Personally I don’t do it. I also avoid “pedal hanging”.
i use a gravity stand, where the weight is on the back wheel and there’s a hook holding the front wheel in place. The weight of the bike keeps it in place, and there’s no force on the bike in any direction or on any part that it wasn’t designed for
