Found it!! Thanks to u/Starfield00 for the Brazil tip. It’s a Brazilian motorcycle manufacturer, who, I guess, made a bike frame at some point. They seem to specialize in aluminum transformation so it makes sense, even tho bicycles are not listed on their [website](https://threeheads.com.br). The only thing they seem to make is rims.

Is there a possibility that this bike is from Brasil? I could not find anything about it except this article in [Portuguese ](http://www.luciarocha.com.br/2012/11/boris-casoy-um-apaixonado-por-bicicletas.html?m=1) about him owning a Three Heads bicycle
